In 1991, the Arizona office was opened by Eric N. Dahlstrom, specializing in Indian Law. Peter Schoenburg, practicing criminal defense, opened the Albuquerque office in 1993.

The Santa Fe office is home to partners Robert R. Rothstein, Mark H. Donatelli, Richard W. Hughes, and John C. Bienvenu. Sarah Bennett, of-counsel, practices family law in the Santa Fe office. In Tempe, Arizona, Eric N. Dahlstrom. The Albuquerque office is led by Peter Schoenburg.
