Sarah Bennett practiced as a partner in the firm from 1981-1992. She left the firm in 1992 to accept an appointment as Administrative Assistant to the Chief Justice of the New Mexico Supreme Court, which she continued until 1994. Ms. Bennett returned to the firm in of-counsel capacity in 1995. Prior positions include Assistant Public Defender, District of New Mexico, from 1975-1978; Staff Attorney and Special Assistant Attorney General for the New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department, from 1978-1981. Ms. Bennett is trained in collaborative divorce practice, mediation and all aspects of litigation regarding family law matters. She has been a New Mexico Board Certified Family Law Specialist since 2003. |
