Kristina was born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She joined the firm as an associate in November 2011 and plans to focus her practice on civil litigation. Kristina previously worked as a litigator at Holland & Hart LLP's Santa Fe office, where she represented clients in a variety of complex civil matters. For example, she recently tried a class action involving oil and gas royalty underpayment claims before a jury in federal court. Kristina has handled cases in the areas of torts, contracts, employment, discrimination, wrongful discharge, real property, land use, oil and gas, and water rights. She is well-versed in both the state and federal court systems, and also has significant appellate experience. |
