Mr. Baur joined the firm in June, 2005. He has been a member of the State Bar of New Mexico for 13 years. He has focused on criminal law for many years, working as a public defender, a prosecutor, and finally representing individuals as a private practitioner. He currently also does legislative work on behalf of the New Mexico Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. In the area of civil practice, Mr. Baur has represented labor unions, individual employees and employers. He has also represented public school and university employees, and served as counsel to private schools. He also practices in the fields of personal injury and civil rights. Education: J.D.
