Mr. Day joined the firm as an associate in September 2000. Previously, he served as Deputy District Attorney for the Eighth Judicial District in Taos, New Mexico, and worked in private practice in Albuquerque. Mr. Day was born in Washington, D.C. on December 13, 1961. He was admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico in 1995, and was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1996.
