Taylor Smith is an attorney in the Albuquerque office of Rothstein Donatelli, LLP.
He received his undergraduate degree and law degree from the University of New Mexico. After graduating from law school, Taylor began his career at the Law Office of the Public Defender.
After working for the Public Defender, Taylor was recruited to work a for a well-known civil rights defense firm where he learned that he had a passion for civil rights work but found himself working on the wrong side. He left the firm and began representing individuals, rather than governmental entities and corporations.
Having worked for governmental entities and corporations, he has clear insight into their defenses, strategy, and motivations. He uses this knowledge to his clients' advantage in pursuing justice on their behalf.
Taylor has successfully litigated personal injury, medical malpractice, civil rights, and sexual assault cases on behalf of plaintiffs. He enjoys the challenge that each case brings but, more importantly, takes pride in the care that he gives to each of his clients in assisting them through the litigation process.
