Jordan Corliss (she/her/hers) was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico and raised in Cody, Wyoming. Jordan graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee with a degree in Urban Studies and Spanish and is currently in her last semester of law school at the University of New Mexico School of Law.
Jordan is passionate about the intersection of Indian law and water law and will be working with the UNM Southwest Indian Law Clinic this spring and will be receiving the Law of Indigenous People's Certificate upon graduating. During law school, Jordan has worked for the Navajo Nation Department of Justice and has externed at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico. Through these experiences, Jordan gained valuable experience drafting memorandums and conducting legal research.
