Marissa Merculieff joined the firm in of-counsel capacity in 2013 to assist the firm with the Indian law practice, with an emphasis on intellectual property matters. Marissa's Indian law experience developed primarily through her work with a tribe in New Zealand and work with her own tribe in Alaska. Marissa's experience includes trademarks and copyright law, environmental law, tribal courts, and tribal governance. Marissa is admitted to practice law in both Alaska and Arizona.
