Job Description:
As an experienced Paralegal at Rothstein Donatelli LLP, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys through all phases of case management. You will be responsible for drafting documents, managing case files, and ensuring efficient and effective case progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and organized.
- Assist in trial preparation, including witness coordination and exhibit preparation.
- Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed.
- Maintain and update legal databases and document management systems.
- Perform administrative duties related to case management and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in a law firm.
- Ability to work with clients with compassion and understanding
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage large document productions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
