Rothstein Partners Peter Schoenburg and April Olson provided pro bono representation of a water protector opposing the Dakota Access Pipeline (DAPL) in a criminal trial in Mandan, South Dakota.  Peter and  April were able to get the demonstrator's conviction overturned by the North Dakota Supreme Court.  On December 2, 2020, Partner April Olson will be speaking at a CLE hosted by the Tribal In-House Counsel Association about this experience.
