Judge Orders Detention of Diego Pirchardo-Rodriguez Pending Trial

Despite concerns over miscommunication within the District Attorney's Office, Judge T. Glenn Ellington granted the state's motion to detain Diego Pirchardo-Rodriguez pending trial. At the hearing, attorney for Mr. Pirchardo-Rodriguez Megan Dorsey, revealed witness statements obtained from the District Attorney's Office reporting that a light-colored truck had carried someone away from the crash scene before police arrived.
