Attorneys for Man Charged in Fatal Crash Obtain Transfer to Facility with Medical Center

Due to his alarming deteriorating medical condition caused by lack of critical medical care at the Santa Fe County Jail, attorneys for Diego Pirchardo-Rodriguez Megan Dorsey and Mark Donatelli requested their client be released from custody. As the jail could not meet his medical needs, State District Judge T. Glenn Ellington ordered last Friday that Mr. Pirchardo-Rodriguez be transferred to the Central New Mexico Correctional Facility.
