Partner Mark Donatelli Debates the Death Penalty at UNM School of Law

This past spring, Partner Mark Donatelli participated in a panel discussion at the University of New Mexico School of Law, co-hosted by the American Constitution Society (ACS) and The Federalist Society. The event focused on the complex and often controversial issue of the death penalty. Mr. Donatelli, a long-time advocate for criminal justice reform, presented arguments opposing the death penalty. He was joined by Bill Otis, who offered a perspective in support of capital punishment. Together, their discussion provided students with a thoughtful exploration of the legal, ethical, and policy dimensions surrounding the issue.

We thank Mark Donatelli for his continued dedication to legal education and for helping to foster meaningful dialogue on critical topics with the next generation of legal professionals.
